  • Partnered with the City of Carlsbad and the North County Transit District (NCTD) to provide an on-demand micro transit pilot to help provide first-last mile connections from the COASTER.  
  • Lead the Regional Vanpool Program with more than 600 vehicles that has resulted in a reduction of more than 87 million vehicle miles traveled last year. 
  • Partnered with local transit agencies to launch the Try Transit Program which resulted in a 67% transition from new riders to regular riders.   
  • Grew the Employer Outreach Program to more than 200 employers and worked with staff to develop trip reduction plans which resulted in a 10% decrease in drive alone rates by employers. 
  • Direct management and oversight of the Bike Parking Program which includes more than 700 electronic bike locker spaces at 65 locations throughout San Diego. 
  • Worked with engineers to plan for and install 158 new bike parking spaces and micro-mobility parking corals along the new UC San Diego Blue Line trolley extension.
